Main Characteristics:

1. O.D. is only 40mm, able to workunder 175℃ and 30000psi, suitable for borehole size under Φ114.3mm(4-1/2’’). When used for small size borehole, apply Φ88.9mmstandard non-mag drill collar (inner diameter of 50.8mm), there is no need toenlarge non-mag drill tool water hole which enhanced safety of downholedrilling tools.

2. The integration design ofcentralizer, measuring probe, gamma probe and fishing head reduced point ofconnections with design of flexible coupling, which ensured continuity andinsulativity under strenuous vibration condition.

3. When used for large size ofborehole, it relatively enhanced mud circulation area which reduced effect ofwashout and erosion to the instrument and drilling tools for safety purpose.

4. The measuring probe is addedwith spinning top (for measuring rotating speed) and flow switch (formonitoring mud pump state), such that the instrument will stop working whilecomposite drilling that prolonged life of battery and pulser. Even if flowswitch is out of work, the instrument will remain proper functioning withoutpulling out by turning on/off turntable to activate spinning top.

5. The pulse generator is designedwith non-rubber oil sac and corrugated pipe. Mushroomed head, small currentlimiting ring and wear-proof casing are made of ceramic which increasedcontinuous working time and better adapted to higher temperature and pressurecondition.

6. Pressure sensor is speciallydesigned with patent of resistant strain theory, working temperature range is -55 ~ 125℃.

7. Double battery supply system with auto switching function which prolonged downhole working time dramatically.
